Hello my name is Lurch. I came in from an overcrowded facility on 4/17/14. I am a Boxer mix about 5 years old and I am 85 pounds. I am a big, beautiful man looking for my fun loving forever home. I love people and being loved on. I love to play fetch but it seems my idea of fetch and humans idea of it are two different things. People keep telling me when they throw the ball and I go get it that I am supposed to bring it back to them. Well I have to say fetching it is a lot of fun but it is more fun after I get it if the human chases me, you know I fetch it then they need to fetch it from me sounds like fun to me. Anyway I am spotless in my kennel so the staff here are pretty sure I am house trained. I know how to sit and shake pretty well. I love to go for walks but the humans keep telling me I am not a sled dog so I need to work on not pulling so much. I will need an experienced person to work with me on being better on leash but otherwise I am a pretty good boy. I did pretty good on my cat test here but cant promise I wont chase if it runs. I am a good boy looking for my fun loving forever home. My adoption fee is $158.25. I am neutered, current on my rabies, distemper and kennel cough vaccinations. I am heart worm negative and started on preventative, de-wormed and I have a microchip as well.
